All winter long is Chocolate Season,
but the summer is all about Ice Cream!
We make the best ice cream in Kitsap by far, and bring it
to you at the Port Orchard Farmer's Market, every festival
on Bay Street, the Concerts On The Bay, Olalla Bluegrass
Festival, the dessert menu at Bay Street Bistro,
and of course at Carter's Chocolates at 160 Bethel.
Ice Cream Cakes and Ice Cream Sandwiches are also
available!
About Our Ice Cream
We make our own ice cream, all year long of course,
using all natural ingredients and unique flavors.
We make small batches, ensuring that everything is as
fresh as possible, and it usually gets consumed within a
week or two of churning!
Some of our most popular flavors are Brownie Caramel,
Orange-Chocolate Chip, Peppermint Chip, Mango and
Coconut-Chocolate Chip;
but the surprise flavor sensation of 2011 is Gorgonzola!
We experiment all the time, and usually have a beer
flavor, Pike Kiltlifter or Stout are two typical flavors.
But if you ask and we tell you that there is
Broccoli-Cheddar or Liver and Onion, that's probably a
joke!
