I want to say a big Thank You to the folks who have made Carter's Chocolates such
fun, and who have helped to get us on our way to having a successful business.
The warmth of our reception in Port Orchard, the internet response, all the
positive feedback from returning customers, the Yelp reviewers, all the folks that
saw us at all of our festivals and markets, has all been greatly appreciated.
Another summer of Farmer's Markets is about to close, and we'll be bringing our
homemade ice cream back home, and expanding the menu at our new larger
space in Towne Square. We have been selling it for 10.oo a quart, now we'll have
PLA (biodegradable) plastic quart tubs for take home.
Some of the most popular flavors have been: coconut with chocolate chips,
peanut butter chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, Orange chocolate chip...
And our chocolates are still available in downtown Seattle, at the Chocolate Box,
108 Pine St, just around the corner from Pike Place Market, on the dessert menu at
the Pike Pub, Westlake Whole Foods, and now at West Seattle Thriftway and
closer to home at Fresh Local in Bremerton, and the cakes are on the dessert
menu at the Bay Street Bistro.
