chocolate - well most any dark
chocolate - is vegan.
Ours is premium, of course, the
same (single origin,
environmentally friendly, grown
organically with fair labor
practices, and quite flavorful)
chocolate that we use in
confections.
The ingredients are: cacao
mass, sugar**, soy lecithin and
vanilla.
On the vegan page, we may add
candied orange or other
flavorings, but of course none
of the truffles, and certainly no
white or milk chocolate here!
**I know that some vegans do
not consider sugar to be a
vegan food. Most of the ones I
have met personally seem to
include sugar in their diet.
