chocolate - well most any dark
chocolate - is vegan.
Ours is premium, of course, the
same (single origin,
environmentally friendly, grown
organically with fair labor
practices, and quite flavorful)
chocolate that we use in
confections.
The ingredients are: cacao
mass, sugar, soy lecithin and
vanilla.
On the vegan page, we may add
candied orange or other
flavorings, but of course none
of the truffles, and certainly no
white or milk chocolate here!
One thing nice about the vegan
page is the ability to taste lots
of different dark chocolates,
and we do stock many varieties.
