enough advance

(many purveyors have minimum
orders of around 150 to 300
dollars, and a set delivery
schedule)

220 two burner electric stove,

Storage area and rest room are behind the door with the calender.
Access limited only to employees of Carter's Chocolates and current users.

Recently we have had many people ask us about the excess space in our kitchen. We have decided that it would be a
benefit to us, to other bakers and craftspeople in town, the Farmer's Markets, and the public, to open up our extra space
to those who would like to take things to the markets, make wedding cakes or cookies, fudge, pies, jams, salsas... anything
that does not include cooking meat (in order to comply with our health department permits), at fair rates
Also Included in the
rates are the use of
certain disposable items
as parchment paper,
paper towels and soap,
plastic gloves... things
that we simply could not
be bothered to count,
but that we all need in
order to work safely.

Available for purchase are
staple items that are always on
hand such as eggs, milk,
cream, butter, several kinds of
flour, several kinds of sugar,
fine chocolate, fondant, almond
paste, glucose, gelatin sheets,
several kinds of nuts, cake
rounds... and more.

Special order ingredients can
be made through Puratos,
Peterson, Dairy Fresh,  Bake
Mark, FSA and CK products.
Introductory rates:

Casual use: $12.oo per hour

Contract use: 32 hours/month  ... $200
